The creation of multiple accounts by a single person, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
5. Prohibited Persons: Employees, directors, officers, agents, and contractors of vm518 and its affiliated entities, as well as members of their immediate families, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any wagering activity on the Platform.

To access the full range of vm518 Services, you must register a player Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout the life of your Account is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. The provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of any balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, and vm518 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the unauthorised use of your Account as a result of your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify vm518 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team via live chat. vm518 will not be liable for any loss incurred prior to the notification of unauthorised access.

vm518 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process that is mandatory for all players before any withdrawal of Funds is processed. The KYC process is also required where vm518 has reasonable grounds to verify the identity or source of funds of any Account holder.

KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents, which must be current, legible, and issued by an Indonesian government authority:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or a valid Indonesian passport.
• Proof of Age: The above identity document also serves as proof of age, confirming that you meet the 21-year minimum age requirement.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, evidence that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account showing your name and account number).
• Source of Funds: In cases where vm518's compliance team requires additional assurance, documentation evidencing the lawful source of Funds deposited into your vm518 Account may be requested.

vm518 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all KYC requirements are satisfied. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request will result in the Account being placed on restricted status. vm518 is committed to handling all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on vm518 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). vm518 does not apply currency conversion charges, and there are no fees levied by vm518 on deposits or withdrawals made through the supported payment methods.

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

vm518 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Indonesian players:

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as your vm518 Account. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the vm518 Account from which the withdrawal request is submitted.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts that have not passed KYC verification will have withdrawal requests held pending completion of the verification process.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section. Where any conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds awarded by vm518 are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Bonus Abuse & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited in relation to bonuses and promotions on vm518:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once (multi-accounting).
• Coordinating wagering activity with other players to hedge bets and guarantee bonus withdrawal regardless of outcome (collusion).
• Using automated software, bots, or systematic low-risk strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine participation in gameplay.
• Claiming bonuses with no genuine intent to engage in recreational gaming activity.

Where vm518 identifies or reasonably suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them, restrict further bonus eligibility, and suspend or permanently close the Account involved.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not activated, or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled, within the expiry period stated in the specific promotion's terms will be forfeited automatically. vm518 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
